Barley sprouts complement light meals at any time of the year. The mild nutty taste gives a distinctive flavor to salads, vegetables, sandwiches, juices, or just by itself. Barley sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to healthy balanced nutrition. Barley Sprouts contain among other things vitamins B, C, and E, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Pentathonic Acid, Phosphorus, and Amino Acids. Easy to store and cheap to buy. Untamed Health Barley Sprouting Seeds are Organically Grown. After soaking for approximately 4 hours to kick-start germination, they are typically ready to harvest in 2–3 days, depending on the growing conditions. Humid or warmers conditions generally speed up the sprouting process.

How to use:

Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak for 4-8 hours. 

For best results, sow seeds thinly.

Germination time may vary with temperature.

Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds.

Temperature: 18 – 20°C.

Rinse: 2-3 times daily.

Ready to eat: After approximately 2 to 3 days.
